I gave 5 stars because i believe the issue was with the postal service and not your company. but I think you would like to know that the shipping address was changed to my home address from 10 years ago! This is information you had no way of knowing. The post office was no help so I had to drive 3 hours round trip to get the pot.

Beautiful craftsmanship, even better in person

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the teapot. It looks even better in person than in the photos. The shape is well-balanced, it feels comfortable in the hand, and the pouring is smooth. The packaging was very secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It feels authentic and well-made, definitely not cheap, and I really enjoy using it for daily tea sessions
