Business model

Yixing Teaware is an online retail store that sells Yixing zisha teapots and related teaware. We select handmade and semi-handmade teaware and ship orders from China or partner fulfillment locations to available destinations shown at checkout.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to show product descriptions, images, prices, clay type, capacity, and other details accurately. Because many products are handmade or made from natural clay, slight differences in color, texture, carving, shape, surface detail, capacity, or finishing may occur.

Orders and availability

After you place an order, we may contact you if there is an availability issue, address issue, payment issue, or suspected fraud. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and issue a refund where payment has been captured.

Pricing, taxes, and customs

Prices are shown on the website before checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

For destinations available at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and shipping to your full delivery address are handled by Yixing Teaware unless a checkout page clearly states a different arrangement before payment. The total amount payable by the customer is shown at checkout before payment.
