We ship Yixing teaware with careful packing because ceramic teapots and cups can be damaged by impact during transit. Delivery options, estimated timing, and any available shipping rates are shown during checkout.

Processing

After your order is placed, we prepare and pack the item before shipment. If an item requires additional confirmation, we may contact you before shipping.

Packaging

Teapots and cups are packed to reduce movement inside the parcel. Gift sets may include retail gift packaging as shown in the product photos or options, plus shipping protection where needed.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal volume. The estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a promised arrival date.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item, the outer package, the inner packing material, and the shipping label. Keep the packaging until the case is reviewed.
