We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to request a return
Contact us first at support@yixingteaware.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a solution such as replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Natural handmade variation
Many of our products are handmade teaware. Slight differences in color, texture, carving, shape, surface detail, or handmade marks are normal characteristics and are not defects.
Non-returnable items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage after delivery.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a suitable solution and return instructions at our cost where applicable. For returns caused by buyer preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
European Union cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to the condition requirements above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
