Yixing Teaware is an online store for Yixing zisha teapots and related teaware. Yixing Teaware is operated by Hong Kong Jinxi Technology Co., Limited.

Order processing

In-stock items are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. If an item needs extra preparation because it is handmade, temporarily out of stock, or affected by a public holiday, we will contact you by email.

Shipping destinations

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.

Estimated delivery time

Standard international shipping is usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Express courier, when available, is usually 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, remote areas, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Costs may depend on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For destinations available at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and shipping to your full delivery address are handled by Yixing Teaware unless a checkout page clearly states a different arrangement before payment.

The total amount payable by the customer is shown at checkout before payment. If a carrier or local authority asks you to pay an import-related charge after delivery, please contact support@yixingteaware.com before paying so we can review the issue.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used for the order.

Damaged, lost, or delayed packages

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will help check with the carrier.
